Refund Policy: Understanding Cancellations and Refunds for Our Services

Please note that mentoring and teaching packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased. By purchasing these services, you agree to the terms that all mentoring and teaching will be provided via email, and there is no option for cancellation or refund after the service begins.

Non-Cancellable Services

• Mentoring and Teaching Packages: Once purchased, all mentoring and teaching services are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of these services, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellable Services

• Memberships: Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but you will not be eligible for a refund for any portion of the current membership period already used. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the paid period.

Upgrading to a Higher Package

If you wish to upgrade to a higher-level mentoring package, a portion of the original package cost will be credited toward the upgraded package. The remaining balance for the higher package will be payable immediately upon upgrade. Please contact me to request an upgrade.
